Cyprus pavilion - World Expo 2010
Connecting to the City-theme of the Shanghai Expo, we developed a concept for the Cyprus pavilion that incorporated a little mythology - we invited the visitors to the House of Aphrodite. The Goddess of love and beauty, born in the waves off the coast of Cyprus. We designed the pavilion as her beautiful house, built on a Cyprus hill, with a terrific view over a horizon pool. From there the visitors had a panoramic multimedia experience of Cyprus cities from the past, present and future. Film production by Sugar Films and Ammograph.
