Municipality of Gennep - 1641 - Beleef de belegering, children's route
In cooperation with Het Imaginarium and MCW, we developed a charming children's route for the museum experience of the siege of the Genneper Huys.
In low positioned viewing boxes, the story of the five main characters - Frederik Hendrik, a crusader, a soldier, a peasant family and a Genneper woman - is told for children.
They receive an order from one character to deliver an object to another character.
A hit because it's an engaging, playful and visible layer that adds some extra color to the narrative - and really engages the young visitors in this historical event.
