German pavilion - World Expo 2017 submission
Our submission for the German pavilion for the 2017 Expo with its theme of Future Energy focused on the Energiewende - the revolutionary switch in energy use from fossil to renewable - which is so essential for our future. The visitors were to experience this story physically, in a crazy bicycle ride through a changing world. The final scene was a giant immersive projection mapping landscape that would have been a world first in this level of detail and scale. The personal storytelling added character and a nice tone to the experience.
