Havenwereld - Experience center

A great new adventure: Havenwereld, the ambitious experience of Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Located on a historical site in the Antwerp harbour, on walking distance of Antwerp city center.

The experience center will be housed in a large industrial ship propellor workshop and a new building, designed by Atelier Kempe-Thill.

Havenwereld will be a 1500 m2 interactive experience world presenting the port in all its aspects, primarily for young adult visitors. Full of special spaces with interactive games. A cooperation with Heijmerink Wagemakers, IJsfontein and Podium. MOXIE does the full spatial and graphic design.

The project is in the Preliminary Design phase starting early March 2024. Planned opening mid 2026.
